Green Tea - Assam- Loose 100gm

With a plethora of health benefits, this superfood comes from the high elevation bushes of Darjeeling's Tea Estate. This green tea is sweet, smooth and desirably vegetal. Its best consumed unsweetened and without any milk.

Leaf: Fairly graded, well twisted, clean assortment with a slight dark bloom.

Infusion: Bright green with distinct fruit nose.

Liquor: Light, mellow, pale green colour, smooth on palate with distinct Assam flavour."

Water - 180ml Use O2 rich water, running stream or RO filtered

Temperature- 90°-100° C/ 194°-212° F

Add 2g Leaves

Steeping 3 - 5 minutes

Condiments Add sugar or honey as per taste

To be served without milk.
